Charles B. Grace III is a senior consultant with the Family Office Exchange (FOX) consulting practice. He has been active for more than 20 years in the family office community advising high net worth families on their investment portfolios and other wealth management requirements.
Charlie joined FOX after almost 10 years at the multi-family office Ashbridge Investment Management LLC and the single family office Ashbridge LLC. At Ashbridge, he advised on investment portfolios and wealth management generally. His responsibilities included client relationships, business development, and membership on the investment committee, as well as business operations and firm strategy as chairman of the management committee of the $1 billion investment advisory firm. Charlie has been quoted in various publications on the subject of private wealth management, including The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, and Worth magazine, and presented at many conferences focused on private investors and family offices.
In addition to his responsibilities at FOX, Charlie is on the board of Ashbridge LLC and in 2010 was named president of Ashbridge LLC. He is a trustee and member of the investment committee of the non-profit Tuttle Fund Inc. in New York City.
Charlie graduated from Washington College of Law with a J.D. and is a member of the New York State Bar. He received a B.A. and M.A. in history from Bates College and the American University, respectively.
Irem Ones is a consulting analyst with the Family Office Exchange (FOX) consulting practice. She works with the team on ongoing consulting projects, including conducting research and preparing client reports and presentations. Irem brings more than 10 years of investment experience working with high net worth individuals and families.
Prior to joining FOX in 2011, Irem worked as a senior consultant at Calhoun Asset Management, a boutique multi-manager investment firm, where she performed portfolio analytics and served as the team lead in spearheading due diligence for managers for private clients. Prior to that, she was the portfolio strategy head for HFR Asset Management, where she was primarily responsible for conducting sophisticated analysis in assigned strategies and making recommendations to portfolio managers. Before joining HFR, she worked as a senior research analyst at Ontario Partners Fund of Funds (formerly a family office), where her work included research, risk management, marketing, and investor education.
Irem graduated with honors from Loyola University Graduate School of Business, with an MBA in finance and derivatives. She received a B.S. in economics from the University of Istanbul.

In 2009 and 2010, Sara was named as one of the “Top 50 Women in Wealth Management” by Wealth Manager. She serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Wealth Management and Trusts and Estates as well as the founding board of the Chicago Global Donors Network.
Prior to founding FOX, Sara worked in marketing and strategy at Harris Bank and AT&T Information Systems. She holds a B.A. from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the University of North Florida.
