Pamela Lucina, Managing Director, BNY Mellon Wealth Management

Pamela Lucina is a managing director for BNY Mellon Wealth Management. In this role, she leads a team of wealth strategists, advice and analytics globally. The Global Wealth Strategist group consists of partner level experts in tax, trusts, estates and international transactions.  They work to develop innovative strategies in wealth transfer in philanthropy, cross-boarder planning, analytics and ownership structures to maximize our global clients' wealth after taxes and across generations
Pamela has 20 years of experience providing comprehensive wealth planning advice to individuals and families. Most recently, she was with JPMorgan, where her key responsibilities included providing wealth and estate planning services to the firm’s largest and most complex clients, and advising families on governance issues and philanthropic matters. 
Prior to joining JPMorgan, Pamela spent 10 years in private practice, both as a tax consultant with Arthur Andersen and in the trust and estates department of Mayer Brown in Chicago. She is well published, and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and events.

Sandra Ditore, Senior Business Development Manager, Family Office Exchange

Sandra Ditore, Senior Business Development Manager for Family Office Exchange (FOX) which is a leading provider of research, advice and education to families of exceptional wealth.  FOX serves more than 350 ultra-wealthy families and 150 multi-family offices and advisory firms across 20 countries. In her role, Ms. Ditore is responsible for identifying prospective family and advisor members, assessing their needs and priorities, and ensuring they have a deep understanding of the benefits of FOX membership. In addition to new member acquisitions, Ms. Ditore is responsible for identifying and securing sponsorship for FOX forums and educational workshops. 
Ms. Ditore has more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. Before joining FOX in 2002, Ms. Ditore was a senior account manager for a Chicago-based healthcare communications firm, where she developed marketing strategies for global pharmaceutical brands. Prior to this, she held research and marketing positions at several Wall Street investment banking firms, including Drexel Burnham Lambert, Dean Witter Reynolds, and Dillon Read & Co. 

Karen Rush, Director of Membership, Family Office Exchange

Karen Rush is Director of Membership for Family Office Exchange (FOX). She is part of the advisor team that works to increase membership and provide member services. Formerly events manager, she was responsible for planning all external FOX events, including forums, workshops and regional events.
Prior to joining FOX in 2005, Ms. Rush spent 10 years at a large, multi-generational family office as the communications coordinator. She worked directly with the family office and family members to develop a family meeting process and younger generation education program.
