Executive Personal Assistant – Family Office, Seattle
An exciting and dynamic Family Office in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to the Principal. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the personal and professional success of a global leader, with responsibilities spanning luxury lifestyle management, extensive travel coordination, and oversight of multiple residences.
Position Overview
The Executive Personal Assistant will act as the Principal’s primary point of contact for all personal service needs, offering real-time logistical and strategic support. The ideal candidate will be highly proactive, impeccably organized, and capable of managing diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the Principal’s personal life, including:
- Coordinating frequent domestic and international travel (U.S., India, Europe), including flights, ground transport, accommodations, dining, and curated experiences.
- Traveling with the Principal or independently to prepare destinations in advance.
- Overseeing multiple wardrobes across residences; selecting outfits, handling packing/unpacking, and personal shopping.
- Managing communications, including drafting personal correspondence and acknowledgment letters.
- Liaising with individuals across the Principal’s businesses, Family Office, guests, and key external partners.
- Scheduling and supervising care and maintenance of multiple residences (interior and exterior), including coordinating with service providers and vendors.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar high-level support role within a private household, family office, or luxury environment.
- Ability to manage and coordinate household staff, including chefs, housekeepers, and vendors.
- Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
- Highly tech-savvy: proficient with email, calendar systems, Microsoft Office, and project management/messaging tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Anticipatory mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively (estimated 50%) across the U.S., India, and Europe.
