About the Role

The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted strategic partner to the Founder/CEO, ensuring seamless engagement with their global professional and personal network of high-profile leaders and influencers. This role is at the intersection of relationship management, events, communications, and strategic execution, requiring exceptional judgment, discretion, and executive presence.

You will act as a connector, strategist, and operator — ensuring the founder remains deeply engaged with accomplished leaders across industries, from business and philanthropy to arts, culture, and social impact.

You will travel globally with the founder, help design and host world-class convenings and high-touch experiences, and ensure every engagement — whether in a boardroom, on a stage, or at a dinner table — drives connection, action, and progress.

This is a role for someone who thrives in complexity, values discretion, and is energized by the challenge of turning bold ideas into tangible outcomes.

Executive Communications & Representation

  • Help prepare speeches, talking points, and communications for the founder’s global engagements in collaboration with other team members.
  • Represent the founder in select meetings, ensuring outcomes are captured and acted upon.
  • Manage inbound opportunities, triaging inquiries to prioritize the founder’s time and focus.
