James Damron is Vice President of Human Resources at Family Office Exchange (FOX), the premier membership organization serving enterprise families, family office executives, and their advisors. FOX provides trusted insights, peer learning, and strategic connections to help members build enduring family legacies and navigate the complexities of multigenerational wealth and leadership.

James brings more than 25 years of strategic human resources experience, having led high-performing teams while building strategies and best-in-class Human Resource programs while serving at the executive leadership level.

Before joining FOX, James served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Weinstein, where he assisted with M&A and long-term growth initiatives. During his tenure, he redesigned the HR department creating core programs and policies that greatly enhanced the employee and stakeholder experience.

James holds an Internation MBA from Arizona’s Western International University and Bachelor’s in German from Arizona State University. James also served in the US Army and was stationed in Europe in Military Intelligence as a German Linguist. James is also fluent in Spanish, French, and Italian.

James is a native Midwesterner based in Chicago, James is passionate about employee development, organizational development and the latest in Leadership trends.
