About
At the 2025 FOX Family Forum, family members, office executives, and their trusted advisors will discover how other families have achieved positive change and prepared for or managed successful generational transitions. Critical topics to be addressed include importance of private family capital, effective family governance, next gen engagement and leadership, and development of a strategic, long-term view of the family’s future. Attendees will come away with ideas, tools, and frameworks to take the next steps to ensure a positive and productive enterprise for the path ahead. The peer connections to family offices and family members attendees leads them to return year after year.
We will better understand the Global Macro Impact on Private Capital with Mark Yusko, the Founder and CEO of Morgan Creek Capital, explore how AI is Enhancing Family Office Effectiveness with Jeff Bussgang and discover The Power of Harnessing Polarities with Betsy Miller, Lecturer on Law, Harvard Law School. This forum is a must for all members of enterprise families and the professionals who support them.
The forum will have dedicated opportunities to connect in person with other families, advisors, and FOX subject matter experts during programming and social events.
Once again, we are excited to offer the Rising Gen at the FOX Family Forum program. The first session, followed by an informal dinner, will be held the evening of October 19 with continued exclusive, in-person programming for the Rising Gen community the morning of October 20. Attendees will come away with connections, ideas, tools, and frameworks designed to ensure a positive and dynamic enterprise for the future and their place in it. Rising Gen family members may opt to stay and attend the entire Family Forum for additional learning and networking or attend just the Rising Gen portion of the program.

Polarities: Moving From the Limitations of “Either/Or” to the Power of “Both/And” With Polarities, the opposites are interdependent because success requires the benefits of Both over time. Our instinct to choose is natural. In fact, it is key to survival. The human brain evolved to make clear decisions. Should I fight or should I flee? Approaching a problem with Either / Or thinking works most of the time, but not when faced with a Polarity. With Polarities, choosing one opposite over the other leads to failure. The path to success requires Both / And. Betsy Miller, Lecturer on Law, Harvard Law School |
